Portofex provides coordination services in goods and foreign trade. Portofex does not provide legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act, tax advice, financial services, or freight forwarding in its own name. Legal assessments are made exclusively by instructed lawyers.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Our services are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code.
